UI+EX Internship

Are you a design-minded student who thinks in flows, wireframes, and frictionless experiences? At Bloom & Wolf (bloomandwolf.com), a fast-growing lifestyle e-commerce brand, we're looking for a UI/UX Design Intern.

We want a Figma-fluent problem solver who approaches design from the user's perspective - someone excited about the space between a beautiful brand and a seamless digital experience. With development and marketing fully in-house, there's no agency layer between your ideas and the product: real problems, real experimentation, work that actually ships.

What will you be doing?

Working closely with our Brand & Product Manager, you'll:

- Design and prototype UI improvements for our website and product pages
- Contribute to our Figma design system (components, patterns, guidelines)
- Map user flows and identify friction points in the e-commerce experience
- Support landing page and campaign page design
- Assist with conversion-focused concepts and A/B test ideas
- Hand off clean, buildable designs to our tech team

You'll be using: Figma and gen AI tools.

What we're looking for

- Studying Communication & Multimedia Design, Interaction Design, or similar
- Curious about the why behind design - UX patterns, user journeys, conversions
- Sharp eye for visual detail without losing sight of functionality
- Proactive, asks the right questions before diving in
