How does the digital giftcard work?
When you order a digital giftcard, you’ll receive an email with a unique giftcard code. The recipient can then choose any product on our website, and fill in the code in the checkout.
The gift card can be used for both one-time purchases and rental bouquets (in that case, the value of the gift card will be spread out across multiple payments).Please note: The Bloom & Wolf delivery area also applies to gift cards. The recipient of the giftcard must live within the Bloom & Wolf delivery area to order a rental bouquet (or provide an alternative address within the delivery area). This delivery area includes North Holland, South Holland, Utrecht, and West Brabant. One-time purchase bouquets can be delivered throughout the Netherlands.

Can I add a gift message to the giftbox?
You can! When you check out, you can leave your message for the recipient in the “Notes” field. If you purchased a physical giftbox, we willl add your message to the handwritten note inside the giftbox.
If you purchased a digital giftcard, it’s not possible to add a message at this time - we’re working on it!
When will the giftcard be delivered?
Giftbox. If you choose the giftbox, we will send the box the next working day via parcel post.
Digital giftcard. If you choose a digital giftcard, we will send the giftcard within 1 working day to the e-mail address you provided.
Please note: the delivery area is applicable. The gift card receiver can only order a rental bouquet on an address that is within the Bloom & Wolf delivery area. One-time purchases can be delivered throughout the Netherlands.
