What happens after I start my subscription?
After checkout, our team arranges your first delivery. Before each scheduled swap, we’ll reach out to confirm your next bouquet. You can choose your preferred style or, if you prefer, let us select one for you.
Your swap is then arranged via:
White-glove service (available in most locations)
• Delivery, professional styling, and collection
Postal swap (outside our service areas)
• Delivery by post with a return label included
Delivery and returns are always included in your subscription.
How does billing work?
Your billing follows your selected swap frequency.
If you choose:
• Every month → billed monthly
• Every 2 months → billed every 2 months
• Every 3 months → billed quarterly
You are billed per swap cycle. No hidden delivery costs.
Can I change or cancel my business subscription?
Yes. You can:
• Adjust your swap frequency
• Switch sizes (Petit, Classic, Masterpiece)
• Add or reduce bouquets
Your subscription is linked to your selected swap cycle, and can be cancelled at the end of each cycle.
Can I order multiple bouquets for different spaces?
Yes. You can add multiple bouquets to your subscription and adjust the number at any time.
