You can view your orders, subscriptions and invoices, and you can now choose your next bouquet(s) with one click! Or simply toggle the 'surprise me' button in the portal, and we will select your next bouquet(s) for you.
How does it work?
Two weeks before the delivery date, you will receive an email inviting you to select your next bouquet(s). You have until one week before your delivery date to finalize your choice. We call this period your swap window. Once your swap window has closed, it’s no longer possible to change the selection of your bouquet(s). Don’t worry, you will receive a gentle reminder in time. If you don’t make a choice, we will lovingly choose a bouquet for you.
