Digital & Multimedia Design Internship

Do you get excited by visuals across the board - from a tightly edited reel to a striking campaign layout or a beautifully retouched photo? At Bloom & Wolf (bloomandwolf.com), a fast-growing lifestyle e-commerce brand, we're looking for a Digital & Multimedia Design Intern.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow across formats: short-form video, motion, editorial design, photography, and everything in between. All creative output is made in-house - plenty of formats, projects, and directions to explore. You're not expected to master all of these yet, but you're the kind of person who wants to.

What will you be doing?

Working closely with our Brand & Product Manager, you'll:

- Edit short-form video for paid ads, social media, and campaigns
- Create motion graphics and animated assets (Reels, Stories, ad formats)
- Design editorial layouts for campaigns, lookbooks, and product launches
- Build social media visuals and campaign assets across formats
- Be part of our 2+ yearly collection shoots - from prep to shoot day
- Assist with photography, image editing, and retouching
- Support print and packaging design when needed
- Help maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs

You'll be using: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, gen AI.

What we're looking for

- Studying Communication & Multimedia Design or a related creative programme
- Excited to work across disciplines - video, motion, photography, editorial
- An eye for visual quality - you care about how things look, not just that they're done
- Proactive, self-motivated, and genuinely curious
- Haven't worked across all these disciplines yet? You'll learn - if you have the hunger for it
