The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam welcomes visitors from around the world and also hosts business events around its current exhibitions. Moments where not only the art, but the space surrounding it becomes part of the experience.
For these occasions, the museum was looking for floral arrangements that complement the character of an exhibition while lasting beyond a single evening.

Designed for the full exhibition
Flowers naturally belong to a special occasion. But a fresh arrangement created for one evening and replaced shortly afterwards did not align with the ambition to take a more considered approach to materials and decoration.
The museum therefore selected silk floral arrangements from the Bloom & Wolf collection that can remain in place throughout the full run of an exhibition.
Each arrangement is chosen with the space and occasion in mind. From the first event to the final weeks of an exhibition, the flowers retain the same refined appearance without water, daily maintenance or regular replacement.

A lasting part of the space
By aligning the flowers with the exhibition calendar rather than individual events, a different approach becomes possible. One arrangement can remain part of the space for as long as the exhibition itself.
This creates a consistent look across different business events while reducing the logistics and waste associated with continuously replacing fresh flowers.

From opening night to final week
The collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum shows that temporary moments do not always require temporary solutions.
Bloom & Wolf arrangements remain part of the space throughout the exhibition, maintaining the same appearance from beginning to end.
A floral arrangement designed not only for the moment, but for the story surrounding it.
