Be Inspired

Stach:
Scaling Style From Amsterdam to Paris

Stach started as a single food shop on Van Woustraat in 2011 and has since grown to 40 locations across Amsterdam, with its first stores now open in Paris.

Stach's tables feature mini arrangements chosen from Bloom & Wolf's collection, swapped at a regular interval as part of their subscription. As Stach keeps opening new locations, the same look stays consistent everywhere, store by store, city by city, without asking a single team member to think about flowers.

Stoop Catering Events:
Flowers Built to Outlast the Party

Stoop Catering Events builds everything around one idea, no fuss, just good food, for events ranging from fifty guests to five thousand.

Bloom & Wolf's arrangements, chosen from our collection for their durability, are built to survive that pace. Each set is used across a full season of events before being swapped for the next, so Stoop's tables always look finished without a single arrangement thrown away after one evening.

Felix Meritis:
A Subscription for One of Amsterdam's Most Iconic Venues

Felix Meritis is one of Amerpodia's three historic canal house venues in central Amsterdam, known for its staircase, domed ceiling and Corinthian columns, and hosting around 650 events a year.

Arrangements from Bloom & Wolf's collection furnish the venue's public spaces, swapped on a schedule tight enough to keep pace with back to back events. It is the same Amsterdam heritage we started in, now dressing one of the city's most recognisable venues.

Fenix Museum:
A Small Gesture, Designed for the Team Behind the Museum

Fenix is Rotterdam's new museum on migration, telling stories of departure and arrival through exhibits like the Suitcase Labyrinth.

Bloom & Wolf was chosen not for the galleries but for the staff spaces behind them, a small, considered welcome for the people who keep the museum running every day. Arrangements chosen from our collection fit the calm of the building and are swapped regularly, so the gesture never feels like an afterthought.

FAQ

What happens after I start my subscription?

After checkout, our team arranges your first delivery. Before each scheduled swap, we’ll reach out to confirm your next bouquet. You can choose your preferred style or, if you prefer, let us select one for you.

Your swap is then arranged via:

White-glove service (available in most locations)
• Delivery, professional styling, and collection

Postal swap (outside our service areas)
• Delivery by post with a return label included

Delivery and returns are always included in your subscription.

Can I choose which bouquet I will receive next?

Definitely! Most businesses prefer us to do the choosing (zero hassle for you!), but if you'd like to choose your next bouquet yourself, just email us at hello@bloomandwolf.com and we'll take care of it.

Can I choose to buy the bouquet I am currently renting?

Yes you can. Please email us at hello@bloomandwolf.com and we will come back to you with a proposal.

How often do your collections change?

Our collections are updated 4 times a year, based on the season. We also offer a base collection that is always available, no matter the season.

How does billing work?

Your billing follows your selected swap frequency.
If you choose:
• Every month → billed monthly
• Every 2 months → billed every 2 months
• Every 3 months → billed quarterly

You are billed per swap cycle. No hidden delivery costs.
